My name is Lamond Williams and I am 22 years old 6'4 252lbs. The last time I was. I played at Woodlawn High School all 4 years and played at Miles College 1 year. I am now playing with the Warrior City Wildfire (Birmingham Wildfire) and starting at defensive end. I have close to 60 tackles, 13 sacks 5 forced fumbles,1 fumble recovery for a touchdown, and numerous QB hurries. I also play flag football to stay active and work on my hand drills. being a DE you must have quick and violent hands. I am a very disciplined athlete and more than willing to work hard in all aspects of life. I will take full advantage of any opportunity that is given.
