| Sterling Lefridge played 2yrs of varisty football in high school at Terry high. played semi pro football before going the college in Tyler Texas work out with the team but didn't play with them. after college went back to semi pro started 2 years I played. I run a 4.78 in the forty, bench press is over 265 reps in 225 on bench only 20 for now. shuttle unknown I am 23yrs old 5'11 and weight about 245 pounds and trained to be a balance Linebacker in being a run stopper and pass stopper. |
